When we can cancel our training for free?

Not later than 24h before start. If your training starts on Monday 16:00 -> you can cancel until Sunday 16:00.

Is it possible to cancel on training day but in the morning (due to sickness)?

Yes you can sent a message that you can't come but payment CANNOT be refunded.
